DELIVERY
WE ARE NOT AMAZON! Just two artists that they haven't killed the spirit of yet ;o) As the creators, marketers and shippers of our art, Bridget & Luke want to assure you of our commitment to its safe and timely arrival, though we're unable to guarantee specific shipping times, ever. Kindly note that if you opt for "Economy" shipping, it is the most cost-effective option as they are stamped; we kindly request your patience for up to one month from the shipping date for the arrival of all snail mail orders.

RETURNS
Aw man, all good! If you're not stoked on your purchase or would like an exchange, please email us at dayoff.ltd@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Product must be returned in perfect condition (at our discretion) and within 14 days. All returns have a 5% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on international orders, sale (including coupon codes) or custom ordered items.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail when being shipped back to us. Please get a tracking number and insurance :o)

If a package is returned to us because of an address error or an unclaimed package we will contact you directly and ask you to cover the new shipping fees.

CUSTOMS FEES
International packages may incur customs charges upon their arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by the arrival countries' customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office if you have more questions regarding duties and taxes in your country.

WOOPS WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact us at dayoff.ltd@gamil.com as soon as possible so we can try to fix the mistake before it goes out. If the item(s) have shipped before the correction is made, all we can do is hope it comes back to us and we will have to recharge you for shipping.

WHEN WILL ___ BE BACK?
Life is unpredictable! We make a lot of original one-offs and small batches so get it while the gettin' is good or just commission one! :o)

MISSING PACKAGE
Please double check the address on your order and confirm that you entered it correctly. Once your package ships it is out of our hands in the moist hands of the mail carrier. If your item is marked as delivered and is missing please contact your post office or speak to your mail person. Let's hope it finds its way to your address eventually but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items marked as "delivered."

HOW DO I HANG MY TUFTED PIECE?
Don't be shy, poke that guy! Use a thin nail or tack and poke that baby right through the pile & felt. The head usually hides very nicely.
