Frog Piss™©® is our small batch fragrance collaboration with sisters, Dani & Sam of Delas Botanicals in Portland; inspired by real (human) body smells, good stink and the charm of cute, slimy frogs.
Overall Scent Profile:
Concentrated (before spray): Spicy, herbaceous, sour, fresh (NO potent alcohol smell)
Misted (after spray): Bodily, warm, soft, sweaty-sweet, woody, personal, nostalgic, strangely addicting and a little rotten in a good way.
Natural oils and their notes:
Vanilla: Sweet, warm, comforting, intimate, nuzzlable, — responsible for the familiar allure of our fragrance when applied.
Lavender: Floral, herbaceous, fresh, lazy, calming, soft, light — likely the first thing you smell when you pull off the cap and smell the concentrated bottle.
Lemon: Citrus, tangy, fresh, sour, energetic, distinctive, sharp — a big part of what makes the scent unique and a great juxtaposition to the vanilla.
Sandalwood: Woody, creamy, smooth, deep, rich, warm — another familiar beat often combined with other floral or citrusy fragrances to help stabilize their scent profiles and add longevity.
Sage: Natural, spicy, shrubby, herbaceous, pungent, heady, personal — a great part of what gives this fragrance its musky mystique.
The natural separation in Frog Piss™©® happens because frog urine (oil) is naturally less dense than swamp (water). We don't emulsify the scents in an effort to keep them as close to natural as possible.
Spray on your bod, in your space or pretty much anywhere else that doesn't seem dumb and dangerous. Designed / conceptualized by us in Colorado, packaged and made by Delas in Oregon, stickers by Sticker Ninja in Oregon, and mindfully sourced essential oils from a small women owned company in California.
